The live refresher on Wednesday, December 4, 2025, will cover key areas of the RHC course and provide participants the opportunity to ask questions and clarify their understanding of the course content. After the Q & A, the administration of the online certification exam (participants will have two hours to complete) will immediately follow.

Prerequisite / Who Should Attend: This course is intended as a refresher for those who have already attended an in-person or online delivery of TDA’s Ongoing HOME Rental Compliance training since January 1, 2022. This abbreviated refresher course is not appropriate for participants who have not taken the full course in the past.

Training Date and Time: The refresher Q&A session will be held December 4, 2025 beginning at 1:00pm EST immediately following the 2-hour exam will be held. (You will be able to sign on 15 minutes prior to ensure readiness at exam start time.)
