Refresher Ongoing HOME Rental Housing Compliance + Exam
This course allows prior attendees from TDA’s HOME Rental Compliance to get a refresher on course materials and then take the exam associated with TDA’s new certification in Ongoing HOME Rental Compliance. This abbreviated refresher course is not appropriate for participants who have not taken the full course in the past.
Participants will be given advance access to recordings of recent live deliveries of all sessions of the standard course beginning the week prior to this course. It then includes a live refresher on Wednesday, December 4th, covering key aspects of the course material and providing participants with the opportunity to ask questions and clarify their understanding of the course content. An additional Q&A session will be held on that same day, immediately preceding the administration of the online certification exam (participants will have two hours to complete).
Prerequisite / Who Should Attend: This course is intended as a refresher for those who have already attended an in-person or online delivery of TDA’s Ongoing HOME Rental Compliance training since January 1, 2022. This abbreviated refresher course is not appropriate for participants who have not taken the full course in the past.
Pre-assignment: One week prior to the first live session, participants will be provided with access to recordings of a recent live online delivery of Ongoing HOME Rental Compliance from May 2022. Participants are strongly encouraged to review the recordings prior to the refresher session and exam.
Training Date and Time: The Refresher will be held online on December 4th, 2024. The time for the training will be in the afternoon Eastern Time. The official time will be provided soon. (You will be able to sign on 15 minutes to ensure readiness at training start time.)
The 2-hour exam will be held on December 4th, 2024, immediately following the Q&A session. (You will be able to sign on 15 minutes prior to ensure readiness at exam start time.)
