To help participants make sense of it all, the course provides a framework for rules on a program wide, project, and assisted-unit basis and ensures that they understand the roles and responsibilities applicable to the HOME Participating Jurisdiction (PJ), its subrecipients, property owners/developers, CHDOs, and low-income beneficiaries. Training Participant Requirements: Participants should bring their laptop to the training.
Training Dates and Times: December 5, 2023 - 8:30 am-4:30 pm; December 6, 2023 - 9:00 am-4:30 pm; and December 7, 2023 - 9:00am-4:00pm.
Training Site: University of Texas San Antonio, Downtown Campus, 501 W César E Chávez Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78207.
Hotel: There is a room block for this training which expires November 22, 2023. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Antonio Downtown is directly across the street from the UTSA training site. The blocked dates are December 4, 2023 - December 7, 2023 (3 nights) under TDA Consulting. The room rate is $139.00 (plus taxes and fees). Parking is $25.00 with in and out privileges.
