This interactive training includes exercises and real-world case studies. You’ll explore:

- Operating income and expenses (including supportive services)
- How to layer financing using debt, subsidy, and equity
- Key financial formulas used in project underwriting

You don’t need financing experience to attend, but basic Excel skills are required—especially familiarity with formulas for calculating interest rates, loan terms, and payment structures.
Participant Pre-Assignment: Please bring a laptop with Excel installed. You’ll receive a flash drive with training files. If you cannot access external drives due to security settings, let us know; we’ll email the materials to you ahead of time.
