Federal Grants Management

This course is designed around the key elements necessary for successfully managing federal funds and, in particular, for successfully managing HUD funds.
You will learn the basics of sound grants management practices covering the entire lifecycle of a grant – from allocation of funds through grant closeout. We focus on real world issues and, to better help participants apply the principles, include time to review your specific program challenges. For more information, please refer to the agenda.

Participant Pre-Assignment: Please bring the grant management questions you have about your specific programs so we can discuss them during the training.
Training Dates and Times: The training is being held on July 15, 2026-July 16, 2026. Day 1 - Registration 8:30am-9:00am. Training 9:00am-4:30pm. Day 2 - Training 9:00am-4:30pm. Please refer to the agenda.
Meals: No meals will be provided during this training, each participant is responsible for their own meals.
