Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward. Please refer to the agenda.

Participant Pre-training Assignment: We will be developing your monitoring plan during this workshop by working directly on the documents you use. Please bring a laptop loaded with MS Word, MS Excel, your current monitoring plan(s) and some basic information about your organization.
Training Dates and Times: The training is being held July 8, 2025-July 9, 2025. Registration Day 1 8:30am-9:00am. Training 9:00-4:30pm. Day 2 Training 9:00am-4:30pm. For details, please refer to the agenda.
