The Building A Monitoring Plan training is a two-day small-group workshop that provides a hands-on opportunity to develop the monitoring plan you wish you had!
Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward. Please refer to the agenda.

Participant Pre-training Assignment: Bring to the workshop your current monitoring plans and some basic information to be used as a starting point in the training.
Training Dates and Times: The training is being held on February 21-22, 2024. Registration on Day 1 8:30am-9:00am. Training on both days 9:00-4:30pm. Please refer to the agenda.
