Building A Monitoring Plan

Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward.
Participant Pre-training Assignment: Please bring to the workshop your current monitoring plans and some basic information to be used as a starting point in the training.
Training Dates and Times: The training is being held on October 10-11, 2023. Registration on Day 1 will be from 8:30-9:00 AM. Training will occur from 9:00 AM-4:30 PM on both days.
Training Site: University of Texas San Antonio, Downtown Campus, 501 W César E Chávez Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78207.
Meals: No meals will be provided during this training, each participant is responsible for their own meals; however, eateries are located on the campus near the training room.
