Chief Financial Officer
Meke Reese-Ritchey has 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Meke has a solid understanding of accounting and compliance with federal awards and is integral to TDA’s Finance team.
She directs TDA’s finance functions, including the establishment and maintenance of TDA’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles, manages contract administration activities, and oversees expenditures to ensure compliance within operational budget limits. Her responsibilities include oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets, general ledger, fixed assets, banking, benefits administration, grant administration, contract administration, cash flow, payroll, financial reporting, and financial audits. Meke earned a Master’s in Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University, a BA in Business and Economics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College, and an Associate of Accounting from Richmond Community College. She is an experienced accountant who continues to strengthen her skills and knowledge in the affordable housing industry.
