Kaity Sulpizio

Project Manager


Kaity Sulpizio has over eight years of direct experience working with homeless and at-risk populations participating in Permanent Support Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Prevention programs in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia.

Prior to joining TDA, Kaity was a Program Manager for a nonprofit, where she managed HOPWA, ESG, CDBG, HTF, and CoC funded programs across four local Continuums of Care. Kaity holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University. She currently serves as a Project Manager, as well as serving in the role of Special Needs Assistance Programs Specialist for TDA.
