Budget and Contract Manager


Emily has over 11 years of experience in administrative office support positions.

Emily oversees our budgets, contracts, work plans, and task assignments. Prior to joining TDA, she applied her accounting skills to manage worksheets for forecasting future inventory requirements and related budgetary needs. Emily is proficient in GAAP principles and has a solid background in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Office Administration as well as a certificate in Accounting and Finance from Richmond Community College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In addition, Emily is an alumn of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is a member of the Advisory Committee for Business programs at Richmond Community College.
